This page is to create an awareness of what type of assistive technology is available to individuals with Cerebral Palsy. The five videos below show different examples of individuals with Cerebral Palsy utilizing AT in their daily lives. Their ages range from public high-school to adulthood.
This is a great video which features Rhonda who has Cerebral Palsy. She discusses her CP and what AT she uses to help her in her daily life.
Some AT she discusses in the video include her walker and the Neater eater, which assist her in eating due to her shaky movements.
This video features James who has limited mobility of his hands and no mobility of his legs. He discusses how computer based AT helps him in communicating with others and in completing his school work.
James shows demonstrations of how he uses his computer based AT.

to access computers and other electronic devices.
Glenda, an older woman with CP, has a blog, which she creates through the use of typing with her left thumb. This has earned her the nick-name of the "left-thumbed blogger". She uses AT devices such as a joy stick and a software program called EZ Keys. Her website can be viewed at www.doitmyselfblog.com
